Progressive Monetary Policy and the Hate The Rich Ploy
March 31st, 2012
The liberal left acts like they hate the wealthy, so they play this game where their goal is to tax the rich, punish the rich, and get you to vote for them because those liberal politicians are willing to side with you in your hatred of those awful rich people.
This idea of soaking the rich is nothing new, and born from the desire to create a socialistic system where there is actually only two classes: the ruling class, and the peasant class.
Alexander Hamilton used similar arguments to create Read more [...]

"A little matter will move a party, but it must be something great that moves a nation." --Thomas Paine, Rights of Man, 1792
By Douglas V. Gibbs
In my Constitution Classes I teach that we have four tools on our tool belt for taking back America. Those tools were provided by the Founding Fathers through the instruction booklet for taking back this nation, the United States Constitution.

I can rant and rave, but it will do no good. So I Read more [...]

March 28th, 2012
As plans march forward for a controversial copper and silver mine beneath the Cabinet Mountain Wilderness in Northwest Montana, members of the Confederated Salish and Kootenai Tribes are trying to halt the project by designating a sacred peak in the area to the National Register of Historic Places.
Francis Auld, cultural preservation officer for the Kootenai Tribe, said efforts are under way to recognize Chicago Peak under the National Historic Preservation Act as a traditional cultural property. Read more [...]
Health Care Mandate
March 27th, 2012The national mandate of health insurance is now under consideration in the Supreme Court. From a conservative perspective, any mandate is undesirable. On the other hand, people who don’t have health insurance become a burden on the health care system when they become ill. They are not denied care; but, the cost of their care is factored into hospital costs charged others. The issue is complex. What do you think?
